- What About Some More?
Prep your MyFaceSculpt by washing it with soap and hot water. Prep yourself by cleansing the face and neck, and applying a luxe face oil. Your gua sha does her best work when she can glide with ease.
NECK:
Step 1: Shoulders and neck
With the longest edge facing your skin, place your gua sha on your shoulder. Using light to medium pressure, sweep the gua sha along your shoulder, up your neck, and towards your ear. Repeat five times on each side. Bye, tension.
Step 2: Chest and neck
Position the gua sha with the longest edge facing your skin above your collarbone. Press into the skin and move up towards the jaw. Repeat five times on each side.
FACE
Step 1: Jaw
It’s jawline time. Place the notched edge of the tool at the centre of your chin — one notch should sit above, and one below. Using light to medium pressure, sweep the gua sha upwards along the jawbone until you reach the ear. Don’t leave yet. Give your jaw a massage by lightly wiggling the tool. Repeat five times before switching sides.
Step 2: Cheeks
Find the perfect position by placing two fingers next to your nose — your gua sha starts next to your finger. From here, press the long, flat edge into the skin and glide in an upward motion towards your ear. Wiggle the tool for a light massage. Repeat five times on each side.
Next, using the long, flat edge of the tool, glide underneath the cheekbone in an outward motion. Repeat five times on each side.
Round your cheek routine by placing the notches over your cheekbone, starting at the end closest to your nose. Press and glide along the cheekbone contour. Repeat five times on each side. Sit back, your cheekbones are on their way.
UNDER EYES
Our eyes are delicate little things. Take care when treating this area and only use very light pressure.
Banish under-eye bags and brighten the eyes. Place one of the notches in the inner corner of your under eye and sweep in an outward motion until you reach the outer corner. Then angle the gua sha towards the temple and glide up to the hairline. Repeat five times on each side.
EYEBROWS
Position the notched edge on either side of your brow bone, starting at the end closest to your nose. Sweep along the contour of the brow bone before gliding across the temple towards the hairline. Bliss. Repeat five times on each side.
FOREHEAD
Place the long, flat edge of the tool just above your eyebrow. Using light to medium pressure, move it up the forehead towards the hairline. Repeat five times on the left side, middle and right side for wide-awake eyes and softened lines.
Your skin will soon glow with increased circulation and skincare penetration. Puffiness will make way for a sculpted jawline and cheekbones that pop. Unwanted toxins will get flushed from the lymphatic system, and clingy fluid will be politely asked to leave the face. You’ll be left feeling healthy, bright, snatched and confident. The ultimate glow job is under way.
Health notes:
Do not use your MyFaceSculpt tool within six weeks of receiving facial filler, or within three weeks of anti wrinkle treatments.
Although MyFaceSculpt is made from medical grade stainless steel and harbours very low rates of bacteria, always make sure it’s clean before using it on your face.
The beauty tool that depuffs the eyes, brightens the complexion, sculpts a fierce jawline & makes those cheekbones pop.
You’re practically already Bella.
Thats enough.
MyFaceSculpt has de-puffing, contouring, sculpting and brightening to do.
